Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly so we can get your pieces to you as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to change or cancel it.
What is your return policy?
All orders can be returned within 60 days of receiving your items. We accept returns for a full refund as long as the products are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

What does the Peace & Promises Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturer-related issues and what we believe shouldn’t happen with normal wear, including:
Tarnishing or fading (under normal wear)
Accidental break
Manufacturer defects
To file a warranty claim, email support@peaceandpromises.store
with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Not covered: lost or stolen items, intentional damage, misuse, or damage caused by a third party. This warranty applies once per item and is subject to a fair use policy. Peace & Promises reserves the right to reject claims if the policy is being abused.

Prepare two bowls: one with warm water + mild dish soap, one with plain warm water
Soak jewelry for 5 minutes
Gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush (especially engravings and details)
Rinse thoroughly
Dry with a lint-free microfiber cloth
Buff with a polishing cloth for extra shine
2) Baking Soda
Mix 2 tbsp baking soda + 1 tsp water into a paste
Apply gently with a soft toothbrush
Rinse thoroughly
Dry and buff with a microfiber cloth
3) Toothpaste (Gentle)
Dampen a soft toothbrush or microfiber cloth
Apply a small dab of toothpaste and gently clean
Rinse thoroughly (remove all residue)
Dry and buff to restore shine
